Feng Shui Bedroom Tips

Feng Shui Bedroom Tips

The Feng Shui bedroom tips and questions listed below are of primary importance when it comes to having the correct bed and bedroom Feng Shui. Is your love life everything you'd like it to be? Have you been trying to attract the ideal lover with little or no results? Or are you in an existing relationship that lacks that special warmth?

Put the ancient art of Chinese placement to work for you and get rid of any energy problems you may be experiencing in your bedroom today!

Let's start by asking a few questions:

What is my relationship with my bed? This may sound like a strange question at first, but in Feng Shui, we have relationships with all of our "things"...whether we recognize these relationships or not. If you are not happy with your bed in every way you can think of, then you have a relationship with your bed that is not ideal.
Do you feel rested after sleeping on your bed all night? Do you wake up with a back ache? Is your mattress old and uninviting? Is your bed too small?

This is especially important if you are looking to attract a new love...if your bed is too small for two people, then you are sending a message to the universe that you are not ready for a new partner to enter your life.

Your bed is one of the most important power centers in your home because it is the place where you rest, rejuvenate and experience the joys of intimacy.

One of the best investments you can make for your love life, your health and your overall happiness is to replace your existing bed with a brand new one, if the relationship you have with your bed is problematic.

Is my bedroom inviting? What do you see when you walk into your bedroom? A television set or stereo system, perhaps? If you have a lot of electronic distractions in your bedroom, this is drastically taking away from the energy of romance and rejuvenation.
What about your color scheme? if you are looking to attract romance, make sure to include touches of Feng Shui romance colors - pink and red tones are good for starters. Ask yourself, "would my ideal love partner enjoy the energy this room has to offer?"

If not, take some time and picture in your mind what an inviting and pleasurable bedroom would look like, given the particular room you have to work with.

Make a list of changes that you intend to make to your bedroom and begin to implement them.

Beginning this process is going to be a huge step in the right direction for you, because it is signaling to the universe that you are taking action to attract romance and great health for this special place in your home.

We've covered two especially important Feng Shui bedroom tips today - the importance of having a healthy relationship with your bed, and whether or not you've created a bedroom that is truly inviting.

Keep these tips in mind...begin making your bedroom Feng Shui changes and leave any energetic problems and unhappiness behind!

Bring Back Harmony to Your Bedroom With These Feng Shui Tips

Feng Shui has been around for a while and it has been successfully used in all aspects of our lives. Using it allows us to increase the flow of positive energy around us and our lives. Not surprisingly the bedroom is one of the places where it is heavily used.

We use our bedroom to rest, relax and sleep for the most part. This is why it is considered a place that is peaceful, comfortable and where we leave our daily stress behind whether we live alone or with somebody else. With our stressful lives as it is we need to create that tranquil space that allows us to regenerate and be ready to tackle the next day's stress with renewed force and energy. This is why using Feng Shui in the bedroom has become so popular these days in the Western world.

The correct position for sleep according to feng shui is having view both to the window outside and the door to your room. Your head should be against a thick wall that symbolizes security and support. Avoid having your bed facing the door whereby your head, feet and the doorway are in one single line. Also don't have anything hanging over the bed, such as mirrors or construction beams.

Also make sure that your sleeping room is not a warehouse. If you feel it is full of clutter, clear it away to remove all the negative energies that might surround you. All this clutter is like a blocking force that stops the positive energy to flow towards you. Also every morning open the window to get fresh air and welcome the natural air in the room. To clear the clutter means cleaning the mind at the same time, at least according to feng-shui.

Avoid having strong and bright colors in your sleeping place. You should use colors that are calming and relaxing in nature. For a smaller room use even lighter colors than otherwise as this will give the impression of the space being a bit larger.

When it comes to furniture, less is more. Don't have bookshelves in there or a TV as this will disturb the relaxing atmosphere and aura of the room. Also avoid having furniture with sharp edges. Furthermore do not have live plants and aquarium in there as movement means aliveness, which promotes activity, not sleep. It will disrupt your rest.

Finally, make sure that your bed is comfortable and your mattress, pillows and bedframe are the best for your place. No feng shui tip will help you if you don't have a comfy bed in the first place. Waking up mornings with joint pains and neck aches will defy the purpose of your bedroom being an oasis of tranquility and rest.
